Are you a woman struggling with issues such as body image and self-acceptance, letting go of the past, difficult relationships and stress? I believe that women have a unique role in shaping the world. For several years, I have served numerous women, guiding them to a clearer understanding of self, better relationships and improvements in their lives. I have designed unique approaches to address the specific issues faced by women; issues I have faced too. Through perseverance and faith in God, I have managed to overcome my own challenges, learning wonderful life lessons along the way – lessons which give me great insight into what each client faces. This puts me in a unique position, where I able to coach from a space of understanding and empathy, having been there myself.
